Refunds are Not available for VIVEPORT Infinity/ Subscription
When you purchase a subscription service such as VIVEPORT Infinity, you agree to a rolling subscription with periodic billing (e.g. monthly billing). An email notification is sent 3 days prior to your first periodic billing, and you can head to Myinfinity page to check your subscription status and purchased periods. You can stop making payments at any time by Cancelling Auto-renewal (click here for more information). When you cancel subscription Auto-renewal, your subscription will continue until the next payment is due, at which point it will end.
If you are unable to login to VIVEPORT to cancel your service due to technical issue, feel free to Contact us. At your request, we will assist you with your cancellation as a first priority. Please note that we can only refund active Infinity/ subscriptions, and are unable to refund subscriptions that have already ended.

- Except as expressly set forth in HTC’s (or its Third - Party Payment Provider’s) refund policy, all purchases on the Store are final and no returns, replacements, or refunds are permitted nor shall purchases be transferable or redeemable in whole or in part. If certain Products become unavailable following a transaction but prior to download, Your sole remedy is a refund. If technical problems relating to the Store or any Products prevent or unreasonably delay the delivery of Your purchased Products, Your sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid, as determined by HTC or its Third - Party Payment Provider.
