Key update:

• Update VIVEPORT Streaming optimization (Server and Driver)
• Support new device - Cosmos Elite
• Enhance library button behavior for promotional titles. 
• Add hint to describe why setup phone button is disabled if the user device not support.

 Optimized the following for Viveport Streaming:

• Fix content failure issue due to creating texture behavior handling error in driver. VIVEPORT streaming is now compatible with Cosmos Crash VR, Dawn VR, Tank Fury VR.
• Optimize log collector behavior
