Contact VIVE:
If you need assistance with VIVE hardware—such as issues with the wireless adapter, HMD tracking, base stations, trackers, or damaged devices—please contact VIVE Support. The Care support team will guide you through troubleshooting steps and, if necessary, arrange an RMA for you.
Technical difficulties:
To report a technical issue, simply go to Settings in VIVEPORT Desktop App, and Report issue.
If you are unable to install the VIVEPORT Desktop App, kindly download the attached "ViveportFeedback" tool and report your issue, this tool will collect the logs related to Viveport desktop App and send to us for further analyasis.
