Please contact VIVE Support. VIVE support will guide you through troubleshooting steps and set up RMA for you if necessary.
To report an technical issue, simply go to Settings in VIVEPORT Desktop App, and Report issue.
If you do not have VIVEPORT Desktop App installed, kindly download the VIVEPORT-Feedback and report your issue.
