If you need VIVE Hardware assistance such as wireless adapter issue, HMD not tracking, base station, or damaged hardware.
Please contact VIVE Support. VIVE support will guide you through troubleshooting steps and set up RMA for you if necessary.
To report a technical issue, simply go to Settings in VIVEPORT Desktop App, and Report issue.
If you are unable to install the VIVEPORT Desktop App, kindly download the attached "ViveportFeedback" tool and report your issue, this tool will collect the logs related to Viveport desktop App and send to us for further analyasis.
