How can I ensure I uploaded a proper Identification Document when filling in my payout info in the console?

If you are an individual developer and would like to publish your content in China, according to the Chinese government's requirement, please provide a clear image/scan of an Identification Document which includes:

• Your Name
• Passport number or identification card number

Keep in mind that the Identification Document cannot be a note or a Word file. Whereas an image or PDF file are acceptable formats.
