How should I expect to receive the revenue I've earned from sales of my VIVEPORT content? When can I receive my earnings? Why haven't I received my money, and when will I get it?

In order to receive your content sales earnings in the most efficient manner, please read and follow these guidelines:

1. Make sure your account's Payment Information is all set and ready (check Payout Information Section)
2. Make sure your earnings have reached the threshold (check Payout Information Section, you should only expect a payout if your earnings have reached the threshold)
3. Make sure you have earnings (check Sales Report and Payout Report)
4. Payments are initiated at the beginning of each month, so if your account settings were entered after that date you'd have to wait until next payout (the upcoming month).
5. The earnings will be transferred into your account between the middle and end of the month.
