Monthly payment:
When you sign up for a subscription plan with monthly payment, you pay the first month’s subscription at the time you sign up. Subscription will auto renew on a monthly basis. You’ll be billed a renewal fee every month until you cancel the subscription.
Annual plan with monthly payment (Annual commitment):
When you sign up for Infinity Annual subscription, you pay the first month’s subscription at the time you sign up. You’ll be billed a monthly fee during the subscription period. You can only cancel your subscription after completing the twelve-month payment cycle. If no titles were launched during the first 6 months, you can contact VIVEPORT Support to request canceling your subscription.
Annual subscription will auto renew after the twelve-month period if you do not cancel the subscription.
Annual payment(Annual plan with one-time payment):
Currently, this plan is no longer available to new subscribers. Only users who signed up for Infinity Annual subscription before 2020 are still billed on a yearly basis. Annual payments are non-refundable. If you want to cancel the subscription plan, you can actively cancel it here: https://www.viveport.com/myinfinity, or contact VIVEPORT Support for assistance.
