Where are my purchased contents?

Please login at AppStore first, you can find the Login button on the top navigation bar as below:

After sign-in, click your profile icon on the top navigation bar, then click “Profile” or “Device Management System”

If you clicked on the “Profile” button, you will enter the 'VIVE Business Device Management System' page and see the UI as below, which shows the contents you have purchased:

If you clicked on “Device Management System”, you will enter the 'VIVE Business Device Management System' page, then please click “My Library” at the left navigation bar to see your purchased content.

Please note, if you ever purchased multi-seats for a content, or did the offline transaction with HTC, then you are the Org owner of your organization. In the 'VIVE Business Device Management System', you can find the contents that belong to your organization by clicking “Management Content” -> “License Content” on the left navigation bar.

*How to know I’m the Org owner or not?

Please check the upper right corner the 'VIVE Business Device Management System' page, you will see your name and role there. Take the above screenshot for example, the signed-in account is the Org Owner.
