After creating a new branch on VIVEPORT Arcade Portal website and didn’t get the mail for a while, it’s possibly that the mail was regarded as a spam by mail server or inbox.
Use one of the following methods
Method 1: Check spam mail box
Please check the spam mail box. If the installation package email in the spam box, please feedback which mail server is it.
Method 2: Resend the mail to other email address
Please resend the installation package email to another email address, and then check mailing history on web page to make sure the mail has been sent to that email address.
