VIVEPORT Arcade Manager popups “WRONG CONFIGURATION FILE” message.
VAM_License.conf may be corrupted or blank.
Method: Resend VAM_License.conf from Viveport Arcade portal.
- Log in Viveport Arcade web portal https://arcade.viveport.com/
- Go to Location Management under Admin Console
- In Location Management console, check whether current Branch data exists.
- Click the mail icon and follow the description to resend the Conf file for importing.
- Import the received Conf file.
