Symptom

VIVEPORT Arcade Manager popups “WRONG CONFIGURATION FILE” message.

 

Root cause

VAM_License.conf may be corrupted or blank.

 

Solution

Method: Resend VAM_License.conf from Viveport Arcade portal.

  1. Log in Viveport Arcade web portal https://arcade.viveport.com/
  2. Go to Location Management under Admin Console
  3. In Location Management console, check whether current Branch data exists.
  4. Click the mail icon and follow the description to resend the Conf file for importing.
  5. Import the received Conf file.
