If you import the same Conf file of the branch that had been used on another PC to the VAM Host on different or new PCs, it will popup this error.
Revoke the binding on Arcade web portal
- Login https://arcade.viveport.com/
- Go to Location Management under Admin Console and find the branch ID that you encounter this issue
- Click the trash can icon on the right of Host device to revoke the binding with this device
- Click "OK" in the confirm dialog.
- Import Conf file on Viveport Arcade Manager on the new PC and the problem should be gone.
