Failure to download games

Symptom

Failure to download games from the VAM Host.

Root cause

Possible root causes are:

1. The misclassification of anti-virus software.

2. The disk space is NOT enough.

Solution

1. Some anti-virus software will block the download. Please configure your anti-virus / security software to allow the download, or temporarily disable the anti-virus software.

2. Please make sure free up available disk space before downloading contents.
