Failed to uninstall VIVEPORT Arcade Station with error message “You have insufficient privileges”
It happens when user tries to uninstall VIVEPORT Arcade Station when VMSClientService or ViveportArcadeService is coincidentally starting. When a service is under starting status, the access right of executing files is held by system.
Method: Reboot PC and wait until services are running.
- Cancel the installation program
- Reboot PC
- Open task manager
- Switch to “service” tab
- Find VMSClientService and ViveportArcadeService
- Wait until status of both services change to running
