On your computer, open your web browser and go to HTC account website account.htcvive.com.
1. Click "Forgot password" below the password column. Input the email address or phone number that's linked with your HTC account.
2. Input and submit verification code.
3. Reset your HTC account password, and re-log in with the new password.
Please make sure you reset with your HTC Account email address or phone number that you used during account registration, not the ones that you used at some of HTC services (eg. Payment receipt). If you don’t remember your HTC Account email address or phone number, please contact customer services.
