How do I get an HTC Account?

Before you start, please download the latest version of following browser for the best experience:

• Mozilla Firefox
• Microsoft Edge
• Apple Safari

Next, go to HTC account website account.htcvive.com on your computer, go to sign in, follow the instruction to complete the personalization, and then create your HTC Account at the last step. Or, during the installation of VIVEPORT software, you will be asked to sign in to HTC Account.

Please aware that to prevent the confusion of login methods, we do restrict user to sign up several accounts with the same email address. Please delete the account that you do not wish to use before you register a new one with the same email address.
