If you signed up a HTC Account ONLY by social login(such as Steam/Google/Facebook acocunts), but signing in via social media is not available at some HTC services, we encourage you to go to HTC account website account.htcvive.com. Click on the social login button to sign in, and then add your email address/phone number and password to update your profile. Once it’s done, you will be able to log in by both social accounts and with email address/phone number.
