How do I find out when my VIVEPORT Infinity plan will be renewed?

You can check the renewal date of your VIVEPORT Infinity plan on the Account page. Here’s how:

In a web browser:

1. Go to viveport.com and sign in.
2. Click your profile picture, and then click Account.
   
   
3. On the Account page, click Infinity membership.
   
   The details of your subscription will be displayed, including the plan type, billing details, and current payment method. The renewal date is listed under the plan type.
   

In the VIVEPORT desktop app:

1. Launch the VIVEPORT desktop app and sign in.
2. Click your profile picture, and then click INFINITY.
