When will I be charged for my INFINITY Subscription?

If you are accessing VIVEPORT INFINITY via a free-trial, your billing cycle will begin at the end of the free-trial period. The payment method your provided during registration will be automatically charged in accordance with the subscription plan you selected during registration. You can update your payment method at anytime.


When registering for a free-trial, you will be prompted to enter payment details. This information is required as a verification step, and no charges will be presented to your payment method until the conclusion of your free-trial period. If you cancel the service before the conclusion of your free-trial period, your listed payment method will not be charged.

**If you have previously had a INFINITY Subscription, you are not eligible to participate in a free-trial offer. When resubscribing, your billing cycle will begin immediately upon activation of the service.

    You will be charged from the moment you subscribe, Unless HTC come back to my request for a refund, be very wary of signing up to this service. As far as i'm aware, there is no trial.
