How do I update my payment information for VIVEPORT Infinity?

You can change or add payment methods associated with your Infinity account from your membership page. Here’s how:

In a web browser:

1. Go to viveport.com and sign in.
2. Click your profile picture, and then click Account.
   
   
   
3. On the Account page, click Infinity membership.
   
   
   
4. Click the edit button next to the current payment method.
   
   
   
5. Select another payment method or add a new one, and then click Next.
   
   
   
6. Once the change is done, check if the listed payment method is up to date: 
   
   * If the payment method column is blank, please contact support for help.
   

In the VIVEPORT desktop app:

1. Launch the VIVEPORT desktop app and sign in.
2. Click your profile picture, and then click INFINITY.
   
   
   
3. Click the edit button next to the current payment method.
   
   
   
4. Select another payment method or add a new one, and then click Next.
   
   
   
5. Once the change is done, check if the listed payment method is up to date:
