How do I remove a payment method from my account?

You can remove a payment method on your account from the VIVEPORT website or in the VIVEPORT desktop app. Here’s how:

In a web browser:

1. Go to viveport.com and sign in.
2. Click your profile picture, and then click Account.
   
3. On the Account page, click Payment methods.
   
   
4. Select the type of payment method you want to add or delete an existing payment method.
   

Note: You can’t remove a payment method that’s currently linked to an Infinity subscription. To remove a payment method linked to a subscription, you’ll need to change the payment method first.
