How do I add or remove a payment method from my account?

You can add or remove a payment method on your account from the VIVEPORT website or in the VIVEPORT desktop app. Here’s how:

In a web browser:

1. Go to viveport.com and sign in.
2. Click your profile picture, and then click Account.
   
   
   
3. On the Account page, click Payment methods.
   
   
   
4. To add a new payment method, click on Add new Card or Link PayPal account.
   To remove a payment method, select the payment method you want delete.
   

Note: You can’t remove a payment method that’s currently linked to an Infinity subscription. To remove a payment method linked to a subscription, you’ll need to change the payment method first.

In the VIVEPORT desktop app:

1. Launch the VIVEPORT desktop app and sign in.
2. Click your profile picture, and then click Payment methods.
   
   
   
3. Select the type of payment method you want to add, or delete an existing payment method.
   

Note: You can’t remove a payment method that’s currently linked to an Infinity subscription. To remove a payment method linked to a subscription, you’ll need to change the payment method first.
