How do I cancel my VIVEPORT Infinity subscription?

You can cancel your subscription from the VIVEPORT website or in the VIVEPORT desktop app. Here’s how:

In a web browser:

  1. Go to viveport.com and sign in.
  2. Click your profile picture, and then click Account.

  3. On the Account page, click Infinity membership.

  4. Below your payment method, click Cancel membership.

  5. In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click Cancel membership.

  6. Select the reason you’re canceling your membership, and then click Submit.

    The expiration date of your subscription will then be displayed. You can renew your membership at any time. After you cancel your subscription, you’ll still be able to use your Infinity account until it expires.
    You’ll also receive an email from VIVEPORT confirming cancellation of your subscription.

 

In the VIVEPORT Desktop App: 

  1. Launch the VIVEPORT Desktop App and sign in. (Download it here: https://www.vive.com/us/setup/viveport/)
  2. Click your profile picture, and then click INFINITY.

  4. In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click Cancel membership.

  5. Select the reason you’re canceling your membership, and then click Submit.

    You’ll also receive an email from VIVEPORT confirming cancellation of your subscription.

    *** Important Note: If you have an Infinity Annual subscription, the 'Cancel membership' button may be greyed out because you won’t be able to cancel it until you have completed a full 12-month payment cycle. There will be a reminder below the button stating the expected date that you could actively click the 'Cancel membership' button:


    If you haven’t used your Infinity Annual subscription in more than 6 months, contact VIVEPORT customer support for help with canceling your subscription.
