Infinity Cancellation Policy

Infinity Monthly Plan:

You may cancel your Infinity subscription at any time by going to your Infinity Account page. To avoid being charged for your next billing period, make sure to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period.

Infinity Annual Plan(one-time annual payment):

You may cancel your Infinity subscription at any time by going to your Infinity Account page. To avoid being charged for your next billing period, be sure to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period.

Annual Commitment plan(pay monthly):

This is annual commitment plan. The cancellation is available once you complete 12-month payment. If no title were launched during the first 6 month, you may contact VIVEPORT customer support to cancel the annual plan.
