Refunds are not available for your Infinity subscription with the exception of technical issues, in which you may contact us for further assistance. When you first sign up for an Infinity subscription, you are immediately notified of the first recurring charge that will be applied to the account. Unless you cancel your subscription prior to the next renewal charge, your account will auto-renew on a monthly or annual basis. To cancel your subscription, you can visit your Infinity page.
