There are minimum age requirements to create account. You must be 14 years of age or older to register for or user the HTC Account services unless a greater age is required in your country for you to be authorized to use services without parental consent. If you are below the age of 14 year old (or greater age requirement in your country), please obtain parental or guardian’s consent and complete the account creation with your parents or guardian.
