If you did not receive verification code during the signing up process, you can always click on the 'resend' button until you reach your daily verification code delivery limit. Or, you can verify later on your phone or computer, open your web browser and go to the HTC account website (account.htcvive.com). Click the Resend verification code link on the top of the page.

If you did not receive (or could not find) the verification code, please contact the customer service team for assistance. You can reach them by email, phone, or live chat, depending on the company's support options. Be sure to provide your contact information, as well as any relevant details about your account, so that they can help you resolve the issue quickly and accurately.
If I did not receive (or could not find) the verification code, I am unsure what to do. I have checked my emails, and there is no trace of the verification code. I have also attempted to locate the code in other areas, with no success. I am now completely at a loss as to how to proceed.
