Canceling your subscription is a straightforward process.
On your PC/smartphone:
- Use a regular Web Browser and go to https://www.viveport.com/, log in with your Viveport account. Click your profile picture and select 'Account'.
- Select 'Infinity membership' on the side bar >> click 'Cancel Membership' >> follow the process.
- You will see your subscription expiration date at the next step. After confirming cancellation, wait for it to re-direct back to the Infinity page:
If you are using the Viveport Desktop App:
- Click your profile picture icon, and select "INFINITY":
- Select 'Infinity membership' on the side bar >> click 'Cancel Membership' >> follow the process.
- Complete the survey, and click "CANCEL INFINITY". You will see your subscription expiration date at the next step.
- Wait for it to re-direct back to the Infinity page:
Another checkpoint to know if you have successfully cancelled the subscription is - you will receive a Cancellation confirmation email from Viveport, with the subject "Your Infinity membership was successfully canceled."
Once your subscription is cancelled, you may restart the Infinity membership any time via the Infinity subscription page.

**If you are an active Annual Infinity member, the 'Cancel Infinity Now'/'Cancel Membership' button will only be clickable once you have completed a payment cycle of 12-months. If no title were launched during the last 6 months, you may contact Viveport customer support to manually cancel your Annual Subscription.

I have spent 10 mins in my profile and still have yet to find anything that says infinity page or any page that looks like this one. This is not helpful.
It says instead:
"Cancel Infinity (You'll be able to cancel your annual plan after 18 февр. 2022 г.)"
Th the only way to cancel the subscription is to delete the account what? Seriously!?.. 🤨
