Please confirm that the software version VIVE FOCUS Plus and VIVEPORT desktop app are both up to date.
Error code 4,912 and 4,921 mean that there are something wrong with the connection between VIVE FOCUS Plus and VIVEPORT desktop app, please follow the steps:
1. Confirm that the headset and the VIVEPORT desktop are in the same 5G local network
2. It is recommended that the VIVEPORT desktop application use a wired connection to the Internet
3. Reset 5G router
4. Make sure that the anti-virus software and firewall software of the computer where the VIVEPORT desktop is located are closed. Especially the built-in firewall of the window defender should be confirmed to be closed, or try to open and then close
5. Turn off steamvr first, execute the game in the headset, steamvr will be awakened by itself
