HOW LONG IS THIS OFFER AVAILABLE?
From April 1 to April 3, 2022, PST, only through VIVEPORT. If you successfully participate, the 1-month gift code will be automatically added to your VIVEPORT Account Redeem page. Don’t forget to submit the code immediately to keep it on your redeem page and “Redeem” it to begin your VIVEPORT INFINITY journey.
Note: Once you receive a promotional code, you must submit it promptly to keep it on your redeem page. And your promotional code must be redeemed by December 31st, 2022, at 23:59pm PST, or it will expire.
HOW COULD I GET THIS GIFT?
As you sign in to your VIVEPORT account with your Quest/Quest 2 device connected to your USB 3.0 port or Type-C port, you should see an automated pop-up message that looks like below. Once you click SURE and receive a promotional code, you must submit it promptly to retain it on your Redeem Page.
If you click the MAYBE LATER button, we will remind you of this offer only if you reconnect your device via a USB 3.0 port or a Type-C port.
Note: Due to the current international situation, most payment methods have been suspended in Russia and Ukraine. Users in these two countries may temporarily be unable to redeem codes obtained through the flash campaign.
WHY AM I NOT SEEING THIS OFFER?
There are a few reasons why you might not be seeing this offer pop up on your VIVEPORT account:
- Make sure you have updated the latest VIVEPORT Desktop version 188.8.131.52 to connect with your Oculus Quest/Quest 2.
- Double-check that you have connected your Quest device to a USB 3.0 port or Type-C port and that your computer recognizes the connection.
- Make sure you have not redeemed the code yet on your device, as this offer is limited to one code per device and VIVEPORT account. If you've already received this promo, you are not eligible to receive it again.
- Quest users who utilize a virtual desktop application to launch VIVEPORT contents (wireless Quest users) may not be able to see the event pop-up information. To get the offer, please submit submit a photo of your Quest headset with the S/N (the 14-digit alphanumeric serial number) and your VIVEPORT account email to our Viveport Support team for verification. We will verify your participation during the event period and provide you the redemption code after it has been verified.
WHY AM I GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE?
If you receive an error message, you may have already used this Quest device to redeem the offer. Double-check your Redeem Page for any codes you might have missed.
Another reason you may be seeing an error message is that your device is not being recognized, either by your computer or by VIVEPORT. Try the following steps to solve the problem:
- Check your internet connection, resetting it if necessary
- Re-connect your device to your USB 3.0 port or Type-C port.
