If you cannot see any Gift Apps in the Headset, please check the following conditions:
1. Put on the headset > Settings Tab > General, to check if the software version is up-to-date.
2. Put on the headset > Settings Tab > Connectivity, to check if the Wifi connection is connected.
3. Put on the headset > Profile Tab, to check if the logged in VIVEPORT account is correct.
*Note: The gift apps will be delivered directly to your VIVE FLOW headset after logging-in. If any gift app is missing, please re-log in your VIVE FLOW after 2021/11/2.
