If you cannot see any Gift Apps from the Headset, please kindly help to check on the following conditions.
1. Please go to headset > Settings Tab > General to check if the software version is up-to-date.
2. Please go to headset > Settings Tab > Connectivity to check if the Wifi connection is connected
3. Please go to headset > Profile Tab to check if there’s an account logged in already.
*Note: We will prepare and deliver our gift apps directly to your VIVE FLOW after logged-in. There might be a few days delay to see the contents. If there are any gift apps missing, please revisit your VIVE FLOW after 11/2.
