Follow the troubleshooting steps below to restore a lost connection:
- Confirm that your internet connection is active and stable.
- Make sure your VIVEPORT Desktop app and VIVE Focus Plus headset software are up to date.
- Reboot your VIVEPORT Desktop app, VIVE Focus Plus headset, and/or Wi-Fi router.
- After that, you could tap Retry to recover the connection.
