If you see the error message below when attempting to step up your device, please follow the below troubleshooting steps to relaunch the device setup launcher.
How to relaunch the device setup launcher:
1. Please kindly check first if you allow the UAC request of the setup launcher. (Click “Yes”)
2. Check if you are connected to a stable internet connection, switch to a different wired or wireless connection and try again if possible.
3. Temporary disable your Anti-virus and Firewall software and try again.
4. If the above steps did not solve your problem, kindly go to VIVEPORT Desktop App Settings and report the issue. If you do not have VIVEPORT Desktop App installed, kindly download the VIVEPORT-Feedback and report your issue.
